A gentle style of yoga for all ages and fitness levels. We focus on correct alignment and breath awareness. Each class is designed to improve balance, flexibility and strength within the body. Through practicing mindfulness and meditation, you will leave feeling connected in body, mind and soul.
A modified Hatha class ideal for beginners and the young at heart. We are mindful of limitations and the need for extra support. Our practice includes Pawanmuktasana, a joint freeing series of gentle stretches and co ordinated breathing, to promote relaxation, supple muscles and general wellbeing.
A class that synchronises movement and breath with a flow of strength based poses. We bring energy into this class by starting with Sun Salutations and wind down with some deep and creative asanas (pose) and pranayama (breath).
NOURISH – Our Prenatal Yoga + Wellness Program is designed for the mum to be, ideally in the second or third trimester. Conducted in a calm, peaceful and supported environment, prenatal yoga can help develop physical and mental strength in preparation for childbirth and motherhood. Attending a prenatal yoga practice will help prepare and empower you for either an active birth experience, or a positive cesarean birth. The program covers nutrition – exploring what foods will serve you best during your pregnancy. We also delve into the importance of self-care, ritual and mindset – essential tools for pre and post natal wellbeing. Our classes help to keep you centred and grounded and through your pregnancy and childbirth journey by providing you with tools such as mindfulness meditation and pranayama (breath work) . Our program is safely designed especially for pregnancy and can help alleviate common pregnancy aches and pains with therapeutic applications.
A fun and energetic mix of asana (pose), games, and stories which help develop confidence, compassion and self esteem. Kids yoga is non competitive, and teaches them essential tools to deal with stress and anxiety through mindfulness, meditation, and pranayama (breath).
A one on one class is designed to your specific needs and focuses on your overall health and wellbeing. Ideal if you are suffering from an injury, or if you are just a beginner and want some privacy. Private classes allow us to concentrate solely on you and help to deepen your practice where you need it most. Highly recommended for pre and post natal women.
