The Glo Project’s Yoga Classes are based on the traditional 8 Limbs Of Yoga, but are relaxed, casual, and encompass the feel of community. Our classes combine postures (asana), breath (pranayama), and meditation (dhyana) to help you connect body, mind and soul. We offer a safe space and a diverse range of alignment based classes with something to suit everyone.

 

 

The beauty of yoga is it can be practiced by anyone at any level, there is no right or wrong way.  Yoga helps to build strength, balance and flexibility within your body.  It gives you the skills to still the mind, help you de – stress, and restore through breath and meditation. You will discover how to connect with yourself on a deeper level, and live with intention and purpose.
