Girls Club Yoga

Yoga + Nutrition Workshop – Sunday 20th August 2017

A series of holistic and creative workshops aimed at 10 -16yr old girls, designed to inspire, encourage, and empower them to shine brightly. We guide them to be the best version of themselves, and take a natural organic approach to life.

Each workshop will include a themed yoga and meditation practice, a delicious whole foods morning tea, and a creative component.

This Girls Club Workshop is based around Natural Skin Care. We have a Holistic Beauty Therapist joining us who will teach you:

* How to identify your skin type and what products you should
* How to deal with teenage skin and pimples / acne.
* What ingredients in skin care you should avoid.

We will be getting hands on with natural home made face masks, and you will be taking home a selection of DIY Natural Skin Care recipes.
Tickets $40

YOGArt – Yoga + Art Creative Kids Workshop

12th April 2017

5-8yrs old – 9.00am till 11.30am

9-12yrs old – 2.00pm till 4.30pm

A fun and energetic mix of asana (pose), games, stories and breathing exercises which help develop confidence, compassion and self esteem. Kids yoga is non competitive, but at the same time encourages leadership and teamwork. It teaches essential tools to deal with stress and anxiety through mindfulness, meditation, and pranayama (breath).
Local artist, Selens Stevens, helps the kids explore their creative side through various art techniques that help to develope fine motor skills and imagination. They will proudly bring home a masterpiece ready for hanging.

Soulful Sunday

Every Sunday at 7am.

Yoga + Connection + Community

Join us early for our Slow Flow class. A class that synchronises movement and breath with a flow of poses. We bring energy into this class by starting with Sun Salutations, and wind down with some deep and creative asanas (pose) and pranayama (breath).

Stay a while for a cup of tea and a light snack. Be part of our yoga community and connect with other like minded people.
